This week your challenge is to show the beauty in old subjects. It could be a family heirloom, something handed down from generation to generation. Maybe that rusty old bike sitting in the shed, or a part of that old bike – maybe the old shed itself. Maybe you know of an old abandoned building somewhere or an old tractor or car sitting idle in a paddock. The theme has unlimited possibilities.
When you find the subject you want to photograph, remember the background. You don’t want it filled up with unwanted distractions. Take a few shots from different angles and view points and find one that best presents your subject. Think about the composition.
Above all, have fun and I can’t wait to see what you come up with this week.
