Red and Yellow TulipsRed and Yellow Tulips This week your challenge is to photograph what Springtime means to you.

Being individuals, we all have a different take on Spring, a different impression.  To some it is the onset of hayfever.  To others it is a mix of vitality, relaxation and the great outdoors.  To me I see the world springing to life in an explosion of colour and new life.

I have thought of a small list of ideas, concepts and things to photograph in Spring to help get your creative juices flowing.

         Relief from the dark

         Flowers blooming

         Chance to be outside

         More sunshine

         Baby animals and birds

         Spring Racing Carnival

Spring colours – primrose yellow, lime green, fuchsia pink, flame orange

Spring fashion

Warmer days

Spring cleaning (I don’t know why I thought of this)

Hibernation is over

Spring fruit and veggies

Canola fields

Bird’s nests (Please don’t touch them or disturb the mumma birds).

Flower garlands

Colourful balloons

Experiment with light, bokeh, colours and angles and show me what Spring is to you.

Try to imagine how you could better represent the atmosphere of spring.  Take your time, use your imagination and above all, enjoy yourself and have fun this week.  I can’t wait to see what you come up with.
